The first month on the road (Argentina)

It has taken a while to get here, but with this tale the first will be last!!

It was a great day, hot and humid when the Falcon made it to Puerto Iguassu. The reason for being here: The Cataratas do Iguaassu (Iguassu Falls). An amazing set of waater falls amongst a lush area of rain forest, that makes you feel as if you were in a Jurassic movie set (see photos). By the time I got here I was into the 3000kms completed.

Met Chris at the bus station and we went hunting for a hostel. We stayed in a place called by a name... an spent three days there. We had a swimming pool, pool table, bar and a bunch of wicked to massifs crew! Some of who we would visit and stay for over a week in their home towns.

The Cataratas is a must do when you in this side of the world. I was a bit reluctant at first, but am now so very glad that we made it there. So yeah, it´s a stop not to miss in South America.

Our plan from here was, since we missed out on the Pantanal in Brasil, to visit or at least get a taste of what the Pantanal would be like. Chris found a place called Collonia Pelegrini, south from Puerto that stated that the area has very similar characteristics to the Brasilian Pantanal (being a proud azz mofo Brasilian, and considering that this place was in Arg, I found that hard to believe!). So the first real ride was comming up. A 400k ride which 200ks of that was to be in what the map showed as a dirt road. Can´t wait to get some gravel under those tyres. Mah facking yeah yeah!!!
